Key Lime Pie
This tangy Southern treat will have you asking for more.
Crust
4 ounces graham cracker
2 ounces sugar
2 ounces melted butter
2 ounces fine-ground macadamia nuts
Mix all ingredients well. Pat into 9 inch pie plate. Bake 5 minutes at 340 degrees.
Filling
4 large egg yolk
1 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (4 ounces) lime juice
1/3 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients well. Pour into shell. Bake 15-20 minutes at 330 degrees.
