SweetWaters on the River restaurant offers Pan Pacific Northwest cuisine focused on North American game, Pacific seafoods and locally gathered organic produce.

An inspired culinary ensemble, Chef Michael Thieme present menus predicated on local organic produce, chic plate presentations and a focus on clean refined flavors.

Some recent creations include: flash seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Sonoma Foie Gras and Pomegranate Glace de Viande, Early Spring Mushroom Ragoût, Three Cheese Gratinée in Consommé and Bittersweet Chocolate Strawberry Rasputin.
