Want to Work at Valley River Inn?
Valley River Inn is managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts, which is the largest independent hotel management company in the country! To apply online for a position at Valley River Inn, you must go through the IHR career website. Follow these instructions to complete an online application:
- Under “Search Positions” click on the drop-down menu for “Location” and choose “Propertiesà Oregon”. Then you will see all the open positions available in Oregon. The positions listed for Eugene are for the Valley River Inn!
- Click on the open position in Eugene, read through the job description, and then click on “Apply Now” at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts for registration (if you have previously registered, you may simply login with your username & password)
- Follow the prompts for submitting your application & resume information one step at a time as it guides you to do.
- Once you have successfully completed the online application process, an email receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.
If you prefer not to apply online, you may apply in-person on our paper application at the Valley River Inn Human Resources office at 1000 Valley River Way, Eugene, OR 97401.

If applying to work in the restaurant, banquet department, or concierge lounge, these positions require an Oregon Food Handlers Card. All server positions require a current Oregon Liquor Control Commission License (OLCC card). Inquire with Human Resources on how to acquire these permits.
