We all see that amazing drink photo on Pinterest and think "Oh I would love to be able to make that" then search endlessly for the DIY drink recipe to only find that the recipes to this magical looking drink has disappeared! Rest assured we have a recipe for you that is easy to make and easy to drink.

Willamette summer

  • 4-6 mint leaves
  • 5 generous shakes of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
  • 1 ¼ oz. Tito’s Vodka
  • 1/8 oz. Aperol
  • 1-2 oz. soda water

Fresh mint leaves are muddled in Fee Brothers Peach Bitters, allowing their essential oils to mingle with the sweetness of the peach. This base is then offset by a generous pour of Tito’s Handmade Vodka and a dash of Aperol . Finally ice and the effervescence of soda water bring this long summer to life

Garnish with a mint leaf.

If this looks like something that you would love to try but don’t have time to make, come to Sweetwaters were the recipe is featured the whole month of August.
